Embroidery is £3.99 + VAT and print is £3.99 + VAT, with no extra charge for the number of colours, logo size or design complexity. On your first branded order a one-off setup fee may apply (£9.99 + VAT for embroidery or print), and once your logo is on file you won't be charged setup again for the same design.

Yes. For larger back designs, get in touch for a price. Screen printing suits larger runs of hoodies, and our team will choose the most suitable print method if you select 'print'.

Pullover hoodies have a front pocket and an uninterrupted chest for a logo. Zip-through hoodies are easier to put on over other layers, and the logo sits on one side of the chest. Quarter-zip sweatshirts are a tidier option for front-of-house staff.

Yes, in our Hi-Vis Hoodies and Hi-Vis Sweatshirts collections. Check each product page for its EN ISO 20471 class. We place logos so they don't cover the fluorescent or reflective areas.

Yes. Before production begins we send you a proof for approval, so you can check your branding appears as intended. Please check it carefully, because customised garments can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Branded orders take 7–10 working days in production, and plain items 2–4 working days. Once your order is dispatched, delivery is next day to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, or 1–2 working days to Great Britain. You can also collect free from our trade counter in Belfast. If you have an urgent deadline, email sales@theworkwearco.com as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Non-customised items can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Customised items can't be returned unless they're faulty, in which case we'll replace them. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we'll arrange the return for you.
