Delivery information

HQ & Production is based in Belfast. All orders are delivered Duty Paid and no additional paperwork is needed.

Shipping: Northern Ireland, Ireland and GB (England, Scotland & Wales)

  • Next day service: Free on orders over £99. For orders below £99: £5.99 exc VAT.

Free delivery is available when you spend over £99 (ex VAT) on site. Your garments will be dispatched and with you within 5-7 working days. Orders that are outside the UK, please add 3 business days. If you need this sooner, please contact us for options.

We use trusted couriers like DPD, Royal Mail, and local services for fast, safe delivery. Where possible, as standard, we ship all orders on a next-day service throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland to ensure your items arrive quickly and reliably.

Production lead times

At The Workwear Co., we pride ourselves on delivering quality products promptly and efficiently. Our standard lead times are as follows:

  • Branded orders: 7 - 10 working days
  • Plain items: 2 - 4 working days

These time frames are standard, but if you require your order sooner, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team. In many cases, we can accommodate urgent requests.

Orders can be collected from our trade counter at The Workwear Co. HQ, Unit 11, Agnes Street Industrial Estate, Belfast, BT13 1GB. You will get an email invoice when your order is ready to collect.

Please note that the shipping timeline starts from the date your order is dispatched. For example, if your order is completed and dispatched on Monday, you can expect to receive it by Tuesday.
