Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We take care to ensure prices and product information are accurate; if an error is found we will contact you before processing your order.

Logo embroidery and printing

A £9.99 one-time setup fee per logo (free for repeat logos) applies to personalised orders. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logo or artwork you supply. Personalised items are made to order and are non-returnable unless faulty.

Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland only. See our Shipping Policy for charges.

Returns

Returns are handled in line with our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
