Tip: order bench coats and rain jackets in a size up, so they fit over a training top and shin pads.

Kitting out a sports team, step by step

  1. Agree a budget and a deadline. Work back from your first fixture. Branded orders take 7–10 working days; plain items take 2–4 working days. Leave a little time to collect sizes.
  2. Choose your core range. Pick one match kit, one training top and one outer layer that come in both junior and adult sizes, so every age group matches.
  3. Build a checklist for each role (see below), then count how many players, coaches and staff you need to kit.
  4. Collect sizes in one place. A shared spreadsheet with name, size, squad number and initials saves a lot of back and forth.
  5. Add your branding. Upload your crest once, then add names, numbers and sponsor logos where you need them. We send a proof before production starts.
  6. Order and check. Order plain items such as socks and bibs alongside branded kit. Delivery is £5.99/€5.99, and orders of £99/€99 or more ship at no charge.

Sizing for juniors and adults

  • Many Macron styles run from junior to adult sizes in one product, so you can mix ages in one order. Junior sizes on Macron items run from 5XS (about age 3–4) through 4XS, 3XS, XXS and XS to junior S (about age 13–14).
  • Macron size charts are based on the wearer's body, not the garment, so measure chest, waist and height and compare with the chart on each product page.
  • Fits vary by style. For example, the Rigel Hero shirt is a slim fit and the Elbrus jacket a regular fit, so check the fit listed on each product before ordering a whole squad.
  • Socks are sized by shoe size bands, from XS for small juniors up to XL for large adult feet.
  • For growing juniors, size up on outer layers rather than match shirts, which look best when they fit.
  • Nike, Canterbury and other brands each use their own charts, so check sizes product by product.

Adding a club crest, names, numbers and sponsor logos

  • Crest: embroidered on polos, jackets and knitwear, or printed on lightweight match and training shirts. Upload your crest once and we keep it on file for repeat orders.
  • Names and numbers: added as text on the back or the shorts. Text carries a per-position charge with no setup fee.
  • Initials: a neat way to stop training tops going missing. Add them on the chest or sleeve.
  • Sponsor logos: each logo has a one-off setup fee and a per-position charge. Chest and back are the usual spots.

Do Macron football shirts come in junior and adult sizes?

Most do. The Rigel Hero Shirt and Void Shirt run from 4XS to 5XL, and the Warden Eco Shirt from 3XS to 5XL, so juniors and adults can wear the same style. Check ages and heights on our Macron size guide.

Can we get matching shorts and socks?

Yes. Pair the shirt with Skara Eco Shorts (4XS–3XL) or Galax Shorts (4XS–5XL), and socks such as Nitro II Socks or Hoops Socks, sold in packs of 5 from XS (EU 29–34) to XL (EU 47–50).

Which goalkeeper shirts do you stock?

The Argo, Scorpio Eco and Corvus Eco goalkeeper shirts, all from 3XS to 3XL.

Do you have padded goalkeeper bottoms?

What size for a junior keeper?

Short or long sleeve referee shirts?

Can I mix junior and adult sizes in one order?

Yes. Many Macron styles come in junior and adult sizes in the same product, so the U10s and the first team can wear the same design.

How long does a branded team order take?

Branded orders take 7–10 working days. Plain items take 2–4 working days. If you have a deadline, contact us early and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Can you add names and numbers to each shirt?

Yes. Names, numbers and initials are added as text, with a per-position charge and no setup fee. List each player's details when you order.

How much does it cost to add our crest or a sponsor logo?

Each uploaded logo has a one-off setup fee, then a charge per position. Once your crest is on file you will not pay setup again for the same design. See Customisation Prices.

Is there a minimum order?

Our website does not set a minimum order quantity, so you can add one new player later. Some Macron socks, bibs, caps and beanies are sold in packs of 5.

What should coaches and subs wear?

Coaches usually want a padded or waterproof jacket plus a warm mid-layer. Subs need a bench coat or rain jacket, a warm-up top, base layers and a hat. See the touchline and bench sections above.
