Embroidery is £3.99 + VAT and print is £3.99 + VAT, with no extra charge for the number of colours, logo size or design complexity. On your first branded order a one-off setup fee may apply (£9.99 + VAT for embroidery or print), and once your logo is on file you won't be charged setup again for the same design.

Embroidery is stitched directly into the garment and is a popular choice for polos, giving a long-lasting finish for a chest logo. Print works well for detailed or full-colour designs and for larger back designs. If you choose 'print', our team picks the most suitable print method for your artwork and the fabric.

Cotton polos are made from 100% cotton. Poly-cotton polos blend cotton and polyester, and performance polos are mostly polyester, often with a wicking finish. Each product page lists the maker's fabric details, so check the page if fabric matters for your team.

Yes. Our Hi-Vis Polo Shirts collection includes Class 2 and Class 3 styles certified to EN ISO 20471. When we brand a hi-vis polo, we keep your logo off the fluorescent and reflective areas.

Yes. Before production begins we send you a proof for approval, so you can check your branding appears as intended. Please check it carefully, because customised garments can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Branded orders take 7–10 working days in production, and plain items 2–4 working days. Once your order is dispatched, delivery is next day to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, or 5–7 working days to Great Britain. You can also collect free from our trade counter in Belfast. If you have an urgent deadline, email sales@theworkwearco.com as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Non-customised items can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Customised items can't be returned unless they're faulty, in which case we'll replace them. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we'll arrange the return for you.
