We're open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.

How long does delivery to Ireland take?
Plain items arrive in the Republic of Ireland in 2–4 working days*; branded orders (logo or text) take 7–10 working days.
Can I return branded or embroidered items?
Customised items are made just for you and cannot be returned unless faulty, so please double-check sizes and artwork before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your goods, with your order number and clear photos, and we will sort it out.
